Order Processing

Each metal art piece is custom created upon receipt of order.

Production time: 10-14 business days

Shipping takes place as soon as the art piece is complete. We will email you with tracking information when your artwork is on it’s way!

Store Pickup

Only a select number of items are eligible for in-store pickup; those that are on consignment sale at the Tokyo Rehabilitation Clinic. You should collect your order after purchasing before leaving the clinic.

Local Delivery

No items are available for local delivery at this time.

Flat-rate Shipping

Orders are shipped as soon as your artwork is complete. You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your artwork is on its way!

Shipping to APO / FPO

We use USPS Priority Shipping which may take 10-14 business days.

We offer flat-rate shipping based on the largest artwork size in your order.

Shipping to Continental US

For small artwork sizes (8×10, 8×12) we use USPS for shipping. Small artwork usually arrives in 1-4 business days.

For larger artwork sizes (12×18, 16×24, 20×30), we use FedEx Ground for shipping. Larger artwork usually arrives in 1-5 business days depending on delivery location.

We offer free continental US shipping.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Since each piece of artwork is custom created, we do not offer refunds / returns / exchanges for landscape metal artwork.

If you are unsure of your size, please contact us before placing your order. We can provide a complementary visualization of your artwork on your wall to verify the right size in your space before ordering.

Damaged Deliveries

While we do everything to ensure the careful transit of your artwork, if your artwork arrives damaged – please contact us immediately with a picture of the damage to the artwork and damage to the box so we can get a replacement to you.
