Order Processing
Each metal art piece is custom created upon receipt of order.
Production time: 10-14 business days
Shipping takes place as soon as the art piece is complete. We will email you with tracking information when your artwork is on it’s way!
Local Delivery
No items are available for local delivery at this time.
Flat-rate Shipping
Orders are shipped as soon as production is complete. You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your artwork is on its way!
Shipping to APO / FPO
We use USPS Priority Shipping which may take up to 10-14 business days.
We offer flat-rate shipping based on the largest artwork size in your order.
Shipping to Continental US
For small artwork sizes (8×10, 8×12) we use USPS for shipping. Small artwork usually arrives in 1-4 business days.
For larger artwork sizes (12×18, 16×24, 20×30), we use FedEx Ground for shipping. Larger artwork usually arrives in 1-5 business days depending on delivery location.
We offer free continental US shipping.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Because each piece is a custom work – crafted uniquely for your order, we normally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
But…. we also know seeing metal artwork in person is different. Photos and videos really don’t do it justice.
First time customers are eligible for one (1) free return within 7 days of order delivery. If it’s not quite what you thought, just reach out. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and issue a full refund once it’s safely back with us.
After your first purchase, all sales are final. No returns or refunds can be offered.
If you are unsure of the right size for your space, please request a free mock-up. We can provide a complementary visualization of your artwork to verify the right size in your space before ordering.
Warranty / Damaged Deliveries
Every piece is carefully inspected before it is shipped. We offer only the highest-quality metal prints, and stand by ensuring you have the absolute best artwork of Okinawa.
