We know buying art – especially metal art – can feel a bit like a leap. And whether it’s your first piece or fifth, we want you to purchase with confidence.

We’re committed to delivering high-quality artwork that lasts — and that you genuinely love.

Digital Products (Plans & Guides)

We handle digital products a little differently than artwork.

Because your digital download is delivered instantly, digital downloads aren’t eligible for refunds once purchased.

That said – if something doesn’t work the way it should, or you’re having trouble accessing your download – just reach out. We’ll help get it sorted so you can actually use it on your trip.

Artwork (Metal Prints)

7-Day Risk-Free Returns (First Artwork Orders Only)

Even though we swear our metal artwork is stunning – sometimes you just have to see it for yourself.

That’s why we offer one (1) free return for first-time purchases.

If it’s not what you hoped for, just let us know within 7 days of delivery — we’ll send you a prepaid return label and issue a full refund once the artwork arrives back to us.

For subsequent orders, all sales are final. We put the same care into into every piece, but because each print is custom-made just for you, we’re not able to accept returns after your first order.

No pressure, no awkward convos. We want you to love your artwork — and feel confident about giving us a try.

Professional Quality, No Shortcuts

I won’t bore you with all the specs — like how long the ink is heat-infused into the metal, or the exact thickness of the panels (unless you’re dying to know — just ask).

What matters: every piece is made using top-tier metal panels, quality inks, and state-of-the-art printers — through a trusted pro lab that doesn’t cut corners.

Each artwork is rated to last over 60 years in indoor display. You’ll feel the difference the moment you unwrap it — and your Okinawa memories deserve nothing less.

Damages & Major Defects

We guarantee your artwork will arrive in beautiful condition.

If you print arrives with major issues(think: dents, deep scratches, bubbling, peeling) or damages from delivery – reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Send a photo (box included if it’s a delivery issue) so we can make it right as soon as possible.

Mount Warranty

Metal prints are durable – but if the mount fails under normal use and causes the print to fall or be damaged – that’s on us too.

Let us know so we can get you a replacement.

What’s not covered

Tiny dimples, pinholes, or subtle texture which are the natural characteristics of metal prints are not defects.

These minor variations should be considered part of the artwork’s character and don’t affect the look or durability of your artwork.

We may update this warranty as we refine materials and partnership. But rest assured – if you’ve already placed an order, the warranty in place at the time of purchase applies to you.
