Meet the Artist

Ever sit along Sunabe Seawall, watching the surfers chased in by the falling twilight, and think —
How am I ever supposed to leave this behind?
Then, you’re in the right place.
Because I get it.
I’ve watched the sun glisten across the East China sea on New Years Day.
Meandered along the seawall listening to the waves. (Always looking for a sea-marble.)
Stood awestruck at Kafu Banta — again and again — quietly dreading the day it would all end.
Okinawa doesn’t just stay in your memory – it becomes part of your story.
That’s why I photograph it.
I’m Crystal — lover of Okinawa, and lifelong nostalgic who still remembers chasing butterflies with a point-and-shoot.
But Okinawa memories aren’t really about me.
They’re about what Okinawa means to you — even now.
Every photograph is a way of honoring this place — its beauty, its feeling, and the experiences you had here but never want to forget.
Captured by someone who fell in love with Okinawa too.

Real places. Real memories.
Printed on metal.
The photographs you see in the gallery are the real Okinawa.
Not AI. Not imagined.
I stood on that cliff. Walked that beach. Chased that sunset.
Every image comes from a moment that actually happened — shared with this island — and I want you to feel like you were there too.
Because these aren’t just pretty pictures.
They’re a way back to this island that changed you.
And to keep these places alive – I print only on metal.
Durable enough for every PCS, brilliant for decades, and vivid enough to pull you right back home.
Why it matters
My goal is simple:
to help you bring Okinawa home.
To remember — not just what it looked like, but how it felt.
Let’s find your window back to paradise.
